At Whiskys.co, we strive to ensure your premium spirits arrive in perfect condition, but we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and undamaged bottles. Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we cannot accept returns on items where the security seal has been broken.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Verification and Approval

  Our team will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a secure shipping label.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened bottle in its original protective packaging to prevent breakage during transit, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once we receive and inspect the item to verify the seal is intact, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
