A Rare Discovery From Distant Shores celebrates the friendship and collaboration between different spirits producers. Matured for 27 years, this single malt spent its final seven years finishing in ex-Caroni rum casks, which ought to be pretty exciting for fans of the long-closed Trinidadian distillery.
